Playoff Bound

The Patriots all but locked the division with their win over the Bills. I will feel safer with another win though. I don’t want to get into a tie breaker scenario with the Jets or Dolphins, because that hasn’t worked out too well in the past. Brady and Moss didn’t look that sharp, although Moss talked like he just made a major comeback. Maroney actually looked like an NFL running back. The defense still stinks, though. I mean, it was the Bills!

It was great meeting Tom, who was on the board of the Arizona Patriots fan club, the biggest official Patriots fan club. It’s always great making friends with other Patriots fans around the country. Since he’s now in D.C., we have a friend if the Patriots visit the Redskins in a couple of years.

The Yankees Suck Gift Exchange was a lot of fun. I got a great Patriots hat. Bryce got the book Moving the Chains by Tom Brady. Jason stole the bobber floating cooler from little Brady who then stole the Patriots blanket from Jill who, in turn, got a giant Redsox beer mug. Doug got the $25 bar tab donated by John. And Ben gets to pick whatever he wants from the Foxboro fan shop.

I had a lot of fun. This will have to be an annual tradition. Happy Holidays everybody!
